Getting started with your wallet(s)

When you start mining a cryptocurrency you will need a wallet address for the pool to send you your earnings.  Your wallet address will also act as a unique id to the pool.  All earnings and statists are associated with your wallet address.

Typically, cryptocurrency wallets will need to be downloaded and some coins even have thrid party online wallets that allow you to create a cloud type wallet.

1.1.Monero Wallet #

Create a Monero (XMR) Wallet Address

Creating a Monero (XMR) wallet address can be pretty easy.  Follow the steps below to get your unique Monero wallet address.

  1. Navigate to https://www.aeon.cash/.
  2. Download and install the wallet for your operating system.  If you do not know what operating system you are running you can click here to find out.
  3. After the wallet is downloaded and installed, you can now set up your new wallet.  Follow the wallets instructions to set up your wallet.
  4. Once your wallet is set up you should be able to copy your wallet address from the “Receive” tab by clicking the clipboard icon in the top right.  See the screen shot below.

Create an Aeon (AEON) Wallet Address

Creating an Aeon (AEON) wallet address can be pretty easy.  Follow the steps below to get your unique Aeon wallet address.

  1. Navigate to https://www.aeon.cash.
  2. Download and install the wallet for your operating system.  If you do not know what operating system you are running you can click here to find out.
  3. After the wallet is downloaded and installed, you can now set up your new wallet.  Follow the wallets instructions to set up your wallet.
